hehe well..not quite. But I did have to check torque and use some locktite but to be honest..these chinabikes have come a very long way. you just have to be able to turn a wrench to own one and regular maintenance is necessary. Although based on old Honda, they are most definitely not old Honda. But, the engines are bulletproof.

Here is the rest of it.

Anyway, this is the bike when I first bought it. I have since added quite a few mods and I have about $2100 in it at this point and over 5000 miles since May. SO MUCH CHEAP FUN!! Perfect for the backroads around here, but not powerful enough to maintain highway speeds above 60 so backroads and secondary or town only. STILL so much FUN on these crappy gravel roads!

I expect torque specs would be an issue with any product that has been built with child labor.  Now if the Uyghurs were forced to build them you might have a good product.

Nice looking bike! Don't worry about the boomers saying its a Chinese death trap, everything is built like crap now a days america being no exception. At least China stuff is cheap and easy to work on. Like you said just check the bolts for tightness and change the crappy stock rubber fuel lines and it'll hold up just fine.

Where does it get a tachometer signal from? Inductive wire wrapped around the spark plug wire or does it tie into the CDI somehow?

the upgraded dash plugged into places already present on the bike, its almost like they planned this. Anyway, I did have an cheapo tach attached with a wire around spark plug wire that worked fine.

I don't expect it to last forever, but its boatloads of fun right now and when it breaks the parts are so cheap and readily available on amazon, ebay alibababa that its almost funny when you compare the cost to fixing other name brand stuff. anyways. it is CHEAP FUN!!!! <S>

It is unfortunate that some folks still need a union. If they were better workers, they could make it on their own.

While there are employers who will pay for a quality workforce, a majority rely on desperation and a saturated labor market to pay as little as possible.  While covid temporarily upset the apple cart, the American corporatists are climbing all over themselves to get back to the business of exploiting desperation.  Labor is just another commodity.  A commodity's value is directly related to its scarcity.

You obviously do not own or help manage a business.  We can't find employees and half of the people we do hire suck.  Because of this, our wages have never been higher.  Like 75% higher for certain positions compared to 5 years ago.  Last I read, only 62% of able bodied Americans were working.  LOL.  Yeah, corporate America is capitalizing on desperate Americans ...

Similar problems at this side of Atlantic. Lots of unemployed folks and at same time lack of workforce. And our smart leftist rulers were repeating they will fix the problem by importing workforce from abroad. End result was catastrophic, as hauling illiterate and uneducated freedom fighters from south side of Mediterranean surprisingly did not fix the situation. There are lots of examples, like Sweden with its ongoing gang wars and several Western Europe cities with no-go zones.

What comes to bike, nice toy for gravel roads. And nice color, Yamaha blue. If someone wants to buy American made 125cc, I presume selection is nonexistent? Even Hondas 125s are nowadays made in India, China and Pakistan.

They are doing that here gas teddy with South America illegal immigration.

Our non working population have figured out the system of free gov hand outs and vote accordingly..so they are importing our lawn maintenance and roofers these days and more unemployed drain on our >$33 trillion in debt..

Free everything from food, $$$, clothing, cell phone and housing..

Who wouldn't try to sneak in for that?

We have 5 star hotels and school gymnasiums filled with these 18 to 35 year old men now..while vets and our homeless struggle..

Yeah shame on cheap chinese products now go and empty out your garage, closets, tool box, storage unit..get them all out. And you can replace them too, but with what you ask? more cheap chinese junk or maybe cheap junk from mexico or indonesia? here are more pictures of the death trap in its current state as I prepare to do a few more things.

Don't worry... Covid is over; you'll be able to get people to work for slave wages again pretty soon.  What you really mean by "we can't find people who will work anymore" is "we can't get anyone to work for slave wages anymore".  But like I said, it's coming back around in your favor.  I hear walmart has already lowered their starting offer by $2 an hour.  But...  It's amazing the BS that people won't put up with when they're not desperate enough.

Yes..  Keep up.  That's what you're complaining about.  You're unable to compel people to work for the scraps that you offer because they're not desperate enough to have to, and that's got you BIG mad.

"If I gave them what they wanted, they'd be making more than ME!"

Oh well.  If you can't develop a business model that allows your employees to earn more than just enough to barely scrape by, you should probably just get a job.

You clearly don't understand how a business works. You can't paint businesses with a broad brush. If someone chooses to work for your business at the salary your business offers and is both agreed upon. It's not the companies fault. Not every person has the skills to get any job they want, and those skills are up to the individual to learn and acquire. Its real funny though because you think you can force a business to pay a salary that doesn't work with their cash flow and it ends up hurting the local economy more if it shuts down or moves. You also don't seem too concerned with how much gets robbed from employers and employees in payroll taxes. So the business is paying quite enough but that $400 a paycheck that gets robbed out of their wage is the real greedy theft of workers.

What is your point, though?  You are absolutely broad brushing as the poster stated.  I'm not trying to assume your political economic beliefs, but I cannot help feeling like I'm Shapiro and you are the millennial socialist in this video.

My point, which was clearly stated in my original post (which you obviously missed so I'll repeat and elaborate), is that our current system of "capitalism" allows people with poor business sense and poor business models to rely on the exploitation of desperation of a potential workforce in order to be viable.  When you remove that desperation, the whole system quickly fails, which upsets a LOT of people, for some reason.

Taxes and overhead are 100% shouldered by employees and customers in ALL business and the amount of said taxes/overhead that those customers/employees will allow to be shouldered is directly related to the scarcity of the commodity (both product and labor).  Desperation is a direct factor automatically figured into the equation each potential worker (either consciously or subconsciously) works through when deciding whether or not they will take said position.

Ya have a few years on me. In 80 I completely tore down and rebuilt my first used Harley over winter in my bedroom, before I ever rode it, because the garage and shop were full. I literally lived and breathed my bike. Sold it to some guy, who won 3 trophies with it at bike shows, to buy another bike and did the same thing, but in the garage. I still love my steel horse.
