I just had all these visions of a CGI animated series about the early Federation and the First Earth-Romulan War.  Must be what I'm smoking. ;)

I always love Art Deco style. I must have been reincarnated.

It has a Fritz Lang \ Metropolis vibe.

And they wouldn't need voice actors.  Mostly visuals and occasional intertitle dialog cards like a silent movie. ;)

I suspect it is or AI aided.  I couldn't find it mentioned by the source but some of the comments did.
