Do any of the old WarBirds players know if Toad's funny tales from The Wingless Cafe have been archived somewhere?

I know somebody collected them all somewhere, just can't recall who or where.

I searched my stuff and found only this:

All these players were well-established in WarBirds by the time I found the game.  I think I see Toad, LizKing, Carrot, Dingo, Rebel, Jester, but that's all I can name.

For some reason it's always reminded me of the artwork on Alice Cooper's Greatest Hits album cover:
