New computer
I assume my log in id was my call sign
I can’t figure out the password
So I tried to reset
It says it sends and email but I haven’t got a single email on any of the 6 email addresses I use.
I’ve emailed support and billing @ hitechcreations.com since last Thursday
No reply as of yet
Any ideas?

Do you have steam? I play aces high using steam. Could be a 2 week free trial bandaid while you wait for support for your real account.

login ID isn't necessarily your call sign. My login ID is my email address, for example.
Have you checked your spam/junk folders?
You could try creating a new account, just to get online and playing ASAP, while you wait for response from HiTech...
