Didn't realize it until yesterday watching a Pearl Harbor documentary that FDR was high on cocaine when he gave his famous speech on Dec 8th...
Seems sticking cotton swaps up the nose loaded with coke was an approved way to shrink swollen sinuses..
They don't teach that in school lol
