I appreciate and often focus on drums and bass in songs. The drummer and bass player are quite good.
Also, the cover picture is great. What's the story of that picture?
Well done, GG and The Jetglows! :aok
Thank you Brooke!
The drummer is a real world-class pro. Travis McNabb. If you google his name you'll see that he's a famous drummer. Was the drummer for Better than Ezra, Sugerland, and lots of others currently. He's a real Nashville session and touring pro.
The bass player (and one of three lead singers) is Tim Ferguson. Super good bass player.
All of us have been friends since the 80's. We were originally in a band back then. Travis made drumming his career. The bass player, Tim Ferguson, and I formed this band in June and combined the songs we'd been working on independently. Soon after our friend Todd Underwood joined. Todd is a SUPER good guitar and bass player. Same level as Travis is on drums. Tim is an incredible bass player.
Travis had been putting drums on my songs and one of Tim's. He'd expressed an interest to work with us a couple of years before - I think because he really liked the songs we were sending him. So we sent Travis two more and he shocked us buy saying he was in!
We're all really excited about the music. We've been working pretty hard on these.
7 more songs are coming soon with the full album, then we have another bunch of songs that we will go through and select for the next album.
The cover is based on a real photo taken at Edwards dry lake bed. I modified it and AI generated the wreckage.

Nifty!
Your band mate lives around Nashville then. If you are ever in the Nashville area and want me to take you out to lunch or dinner, let me know. I live around Nashville these days (specifically, Franklin).
I love meeting up with fellow AH players. A month or two back, I got to meet up with Rabbidrabbit when he was in town. When my wife and I went to London, we met up with Wurzel, Mrs. Wurzel, and SF3. In Washington, I met up with Rabbidrabbit, OOZ, Alaskn, and Wedge.

That's great! I'd like that.
