Thank you to Lyric1 for finding me the info for this seasonal skin.
This B-24J of the 735th Bomb Squadron based at Old Buckenham in the east of England was originally named "Shoo Shoo Baby" and flew with the squadron from May 1944 until April 1945. On Christmas Eve 1944 though it formed the centrepiece of a Christmas party at the base attended by 1,250 British children. For the event it was renamed "Liberty Run". This was a name chosen by 11 year old Judith McDavid, who like many of the children attending was an orphan of the London Blitz. The aircraft had nose art painted on depicting Santa Claus distributing gifts and the children were encouraged to write their names in chalk along the right hand side of the fuselage. It was then filled with gifts and flown to Paris Orly airport by a French speaking crew where the toys were handed out to local French children.

Vey festive, Greebo. What a nice thing to do for the children in Paris, too.
I'd be reluctant fire on this bomber for fear of getting a lump of coal in my stocking.
