Title: Yellow Tail Markings Help

Is there a yellow band on the bottom of the wing outboard of the national insignia--or possibly running through the outboard bar same?   There *IS* one on top.   The yellow band bordered in black that is seen INBOARD is not on the top.   Unusual markings to be sure.

I really can't see a stripe under the wing near the tip.

How do you know there isn't an inboard one on the top?
