There’s a lot of good sticks in the game.
If ya has good solid stick, pedals and VR you’ve already probably got an edge on those that don’t. Not everyone is playing on the same level of gear, nor connection.
Lots of variables on what makes a good stick. Points and ratings is only part of the equation.
The main difference is some are loud and some quiet.
Back in band camp, I won a 5-1 against a dweeb hunt organized by Brat (an intense rival).
Its all possible.

I play on a twisty on a desktop, with my center stick loose and pretty fubar. I’m going to miss a lot. Its better with some tweaking, but still somewhat limits me. I’m not getting the kills I otherwise could have. There were several times I should have had you. For now it is what it is.

Still using it. Just bought a new, unopened/unused backup one a few months back and I've got 2 others as part donors, so I'm set for a few years.
I've got other sticks and pedals, just never liked them as much as a MSFFB2. I'm slowly working on a simpit and will probably switch to VKB or Virpil inputs once that's done.

In summary, most reasonable players will win 1 vs 3 at some point.
It's fairly easy to win 1v2 and 1v3, more often than not, if you employ the right tactics, especially with the current playerbase and numbers. I've probably won 20+ of them in the last few weeks and I know Judge has as well.
These fights are all from the last 2 weeks, save for 2 of them. Every single one of them was 1v2 or 1v3 at least at one point. Two of the fights were even 1v4 (though you can't readily tell from the clips). All of them I flew away from - I just couldn't fit 1 hour of sorties into a 12 minute clip, so I highlighted the most intense portions.

Ha! I’d much rather have Skyyr back than former players who are ALLOWED to be here to sabotage all our efforts. Some of you are attacking the wrong people. Those are bigger a*oles than any current players. Put it in the right place. Skyyr is not it. Your perspective is out of line. 3-1 is very possible. It’s also possible to kill the good pilots IF you stay as focused as they do. It requires steady thinking. Like I said, when I flew enough to stay in tune I’ve won 5-1. Not because I was great, because they made mistakes. Lazy flyin won’t do it. Stay alive in the fight long enough for those mistakes to come.

The video shows so much good learning stuff and skills. I'm not afraid to fight against different opponents since it is a good way to learn and, many times, to have fun. The fact that we have so many good pilots in AH enhances our game and encourages us to learn.
Just hope youngsters can try this game and stay...

Sky is a good stick and has been flying sims for a long time. I also came from F.A and Air Attack. His E use, ACM, and detailed memory of each planes performs vs another is high. What really impresses me is his aim and deflection shooting. Those under the nose shots I adore and wish I had the time to put in again.....sometimes.

Skyyr should run for office as many threads and responses to those threads as there are must mean he has some name recognition. That said I don't recall having any memorable interactions with or against him so I must say I do find it all rather fascinating.
They only other player I remember that even approached his level of fame was that ZY the a26 spin-fighter guy in AW dos.
