Meh, More like late war luftwaffe pilot.  Last time I heard the U.S. Navy having that problem was because of stiff landing gear on F4u corsairs but they fixed that long ago. ;)

If you can walk away, it's a good landing.... if you can use the airplane again, it's a great landing.
