Max on the P-51B has been raised to 12.
Allied air spawn has been moved about 1 sector closer to the targets than in Frame 1 and 2.
Targets chosen to reduce dar bar coverage. Allies will be clear of dar bar until 30 miles from a target.
Dar bar update rate is now instant. (MA standard)
