Title: Player Arena locked out

Can not create an arena in the Player Arena.

Can not "Create Arena"

The "Max Number of Players", 16, is grayed out and clicking on "Create" reveals that "The arena is full".

The question mark, upper right corner, results in the "Coming soon!" page=dialogs-createarena
