Hey gang,
I had major microphone issues and never could resolve them. (Worke din windows, but game suddenly dropped it)
Anyway, I reinstalled the game, and now My X52 Saitek is messed up.
If I move my stick forward, the control moves right.
If I move my stick right, the control moves down.
If I move my stick down (pull back), the control moves left.
etc. etc.
I had a spare (new) Saitek so pulled it out and plugged it in.
It's doing the same exact thing.
I had yet another spare (CH Combat sStick) and it work great, but it's really a beginner's stick.
Any ideas?
Thanks

Does it work correctly in windows game controller window?
Calibrate it there if you haven't

What Eagler said, plus the obvious: Have you checked the mapping for your X52 in the game? The mapping can also be found in the Settings as something like SaitekX52.jsm. Modifying that can be a little tricky. But that means that any Saitek X52 connected will use those settings which is why your CH works normally. Further, in the Settings there's by default a couple of sticks mapped (HT's own?) and any new stick usually can find the basic functions like the stick axii and the view hat right but in your case something seems to have gone wonky.
