I'd like to play on my laptop when I am not using my desktop. The game works fine on desktop, but when I log into the game on my laptop, it says that I need to subscribe (again). I'm not sure what's up. Any ideas??

as long as you type in your current game id and password it should work. You do have to be connected to the internet for the ID to be verified.

Check if you're logged into the correct account on your laptop. Also, verify if the game requires a separate subscription per device. Try restarting the game or reinstalling it. If the issue persists, contact the game's support team.

A separate subscription is not required per device.

Have you checked your firewall? Do you use VPN?
Should not matter which device. Is one device already logged in?
-
A separate subscription is only required to have both logged into HTC at the same time.

This reply is most likely a bot trying to get on to the boards. It shows that it is a first post....

If your giving advise, you should know that you dont need a second subscription for a second device.

Support TEAM? Odd wording, maybe just say "Call Hitech".

Bots searching for questions that haven't been closed, and AI writing seemingly valid advice? This one certainly fits that kind of a scenario.
