Does Aces High support ultrawide monitors? Is it like the old way of running 3 monitors if you have one?
-
It does. And is, sort of. Ultrawide is roughly the width of three 4/3 monitors, or two widescreens but no bezels cutting the view.

I run AH on a 34" 3440x1440 UW. There's no extra configuration like a triple monitor setup. It's just one and you set the resolution, and that's it.

Thanks. There's a typo on their webpage 3840 x 1440 so I got confused while browsing monitors while I sort out my new hardware not connecting to old monitors.
See you guys in the near future.

If you drink enough frozen margaritas and switch your head back and forth just right..... all monitors look ultra wide. :aok

Spikes, what FOV are you using? I have the same 3440 X 1440 UW.

I prefer the 16:9 ratio. The Ultrawide gives you more horizontal FOV but at the expense of the vertical. YMMV.
Maybe if you turn it on it's side. I tried that with three monitors. Okay for flight sims but not for everything else.
