Any help with this?

Just the basics, performed one at a time and testing in between:
- Check the weather between you and HTC
- Restart your computer (not Shutdown and start by the button)
- Restart your router/modem/whateveryacallit
- Run "netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt", "netsh winsock reset" and "ipconfig /flushdns" in administrator level Command Prompt or Power Shell. Without quotes, of course.
- Run sfc /scannow and DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

....... and run pingplotter to check if you are reaching HTC's servers
