The fourth-grade class was being given a lesson on morals.
The teacher then asked the students if they could tell a story about morals.
Little Johnny raises his hand and says I do. "Not the teachers' favorite student" Go ahead the
teacher said. So here is Johnny's story
A Finch was flying south for the winter in a terrible storm with snow and ice, it was so bad his
wings iced up and he crash landed in a farmer's field near death.
A cow was walking by dropped a cowpie on him, up to his neck.
This revived him and he was so happy he began to Sing.
The farmer's cat was walking by heard the bird sing found him and devoured the bird
The teacher was not happy with story and ask Johnny where is the moral to the story?

Just because someone puts you in the toejam, they are not your enemy
Just because someone gets you out of the toejam, they are not your friend
And finally, when you are up to your neck in toejam. Keep your mouth shut
