enemy pilot you just shot down paid for his ride in addition to the normal perk system.   

Might also help slow teammates killing each other to earn them if one loses said perks.

I think you should be able to buy perks so you can really "pay to win!" :bolt:

That's the exception since many here change names like Cher does costume changes at her concerts......not that I'd know anything about that.
