I penalized the Allies 42 points for only using 1 of the 6 Yak-7b's required for the first sortie.
The 42 points is the total value of the top 5 Allied fighter pilots in the first sortie.
Nevertheless, the Allies still win the frame. Well done.

Some notes:
While the Allies did not field the required amount of Yak-7b's in Hour 1, enough were assigned in the Allied orders to meed the minimum requirement. The shortage was entirely the fault of a squad assigned them no-showing in Frame 2. Thus, no penalty will be assessed.
Flight was not closed before the T+30 planes were enabled and several players across both sides used extra lives in Hour 1 planes. Since there were so many sorties like this, I simply counted them as Hour 2 sorties for kills and deaths. Flight will be closed in Frame 3 after the "Killshooter Off" message is displayed until T+30.

Despite, the Allies being considerably undermanned by it's larger squads, they pulled out a victory in Frame 3. The Allies also won the month 2 frames to 1. Well done. :salute

Thanks I was a bit distressed at the turnout but the guys that rolled up adapted well and communicated. The idea was to give you something to respond to anyway.

Though I've played this game since the late 90's, this was my first official FSO. Enjoyed it, my squaddies wasn't able to make it unfortunately. The 109 is my nemesis, never have been able to do much with it so flying that plane and the chaos of it being my first FSO probably had me looking like a total noob. If I had to guess, I'd say I probably got 100 assists and maybe one kill. Is it possible to look up individual performances in the event, if so where are they posted? Thanks for letting the Pigs on the Wing participate, the squad has been through a lot and we're working on maybe trying to rebuild in the wake of all of that. Oink.

Hi Twitchy. I'm glad you enjoyed it. The Pigs used to be one of the biggest FSO squads when they participated. Would love to have you guys back flying regularly.

For not being an experienced 109 pilot you did just fine twitchy. Plus, the G6 is probably the toughest of the 109s to fly. Nice work!

This was a fun and challenging FSO. I like the new rules you guys have implemented in the last 6 months or so with re-opening fields after 30 minutes. It keeps people playing the game into the 2nd hour maybe. I don't know that for certain, but it seems like that's the case.
Late hour 2 there seems to be more intense battles too. If you are one who bails late in hour 2 because your old, sleepy, or too tipsy :neener: you should stick around for the late hour 2 fights.
