Does anyone know how Aces High looks on a monitor like this? Specifically, does the game fill the entire screen?

It will. I have a 34" Ultrawide and I'll never go back.

Zoso,  I have the samsung 55" Odyssey Arc 4K monitor, curved.  It's outstanding and AH fills the whole screen.
