You can download it from the server and have complete access. Open Choose Terrain, scroll down to Montis2, download it, then select it, then go to Offline Practice.

One thing, the "Rook" AAA strat is a shorter flight from the nearest enemy than are the AAA strats of the other countries. And it is more vulnerable to off-the-map attack. If it was relocated somewhere near A80, it would be more balanced.
Also, A18 has no "offensive" spawn in, is that by design?
Also, will the flak bases near strats have resupply capabilities, C-47s or M3s?

Negating the time investment of strat bombers by allowing 3 minute goon resup has to be one of the lowest points in aces high history from a balance perspective

Not encouraging resupply from the flak bases, just trying to judge the balance of the resupply *spawns*. Bish and Rook spawns are about 4 min from the AAA, Knit is about 3 min.
However, although I try to create symmetry in my maps, nothing says that it's necessary.

I'll double check it Kong, but all the spawns should be at a 3 mile distance minimum. I set the default circles to 3.0 miles. The AAA for the Rooks is where the original Strat was. I will go back and review possible moving it farther away. I did relocate the HQ and City strats as they we easily accessed from a CV or BB, not to mention no radar coverage. I do not plan on enabling C47's at the Flak bases, just the M3's. I have considered enabling the IL2 and the JU-87 there though, might add another dimension to the Strat defenses.

the spirit of Montis thrived all of these years. To see it change because a few players have complained and persuaded tptb to make adjustments brings a kamala cackling energy to surface from my inner itzmaam :banana:

Check the time required to resupply a strat. With a c47 from the nearest airfield and arrange the vehicle spawns such that a M3 would take the same amount if time.

TT is now also FT, with all 3 bases uncapturable. Bishop and Knight bases verified for bomber launching, and fighter launching. By that I mean the majority of the runways accommodate a fully loaded B24J taking off, while at the Medium and Large bases, one runway is setup for a fully loaded B29 to takeoff. All runways should accommodate fighter launches. GV spawns checked for accessibility to Towns and Bases, Terrain gradients checked to allow relatively normal gv speeds.
This map originally had several outstanding gv spawn battle sites. I tried to make sure those were not changed. 5 additional bases were added to each country, as well as 1 Battleship. Strats were adjusted to equalize accessibility, and Flak bases to provide better defense. All strats now have GV spawn access, for re-supply and potiential GV attacks.
Working to verify Rooks bases now. :rock

Awesome! Now maybe enable ww1 planes at those FT bases so people can earn those achievements - and stooge around if they wanted? :noid :banana: (I got mine already, but just sayin'...)
