Title: permission prompt for incoming private vox

There used to be a "so and so wants to join your plane, do you accept" prompt.  The same should be true for private vox.

Would work like caller ID.  "so and so wants to bark orders at you to join their horde.  do you accept?"

If it's in the text buffer, it (and they) won't disrupt my fight.

Prolly some guys tryin to build a sqd up. If you’re newish you’ll prolly get that.

Didn't know AH had a private vox.
