Who here has been to this? I’ve wanted to go ever since I was a kid and I’m finally getting my first chance on Saturday! Just curious to see what advice people have; what items do you wish you brought your first time, what exhibits should I see, any special food places I should hit up etc.
I’m stoked!!

Never been but always have wanted to go. Maybe someday.
I have been to the Reno air races a few times which are nowhere near as big or grand but a huge spread nonetheless. comfortable shoes, sunscreen, water, backpack and perhaps a camera that's better than the one in your phone.
Most importantly, have fun!

Never been there but would love to go.
Enjoy the heck out of it.
Only general tip I could offer is sunscreen and hydration.
I guess that’s two tips.

Hard to see everything in a day. Go to museum. Don't know what displays they will have this year. Sure to have some warbirds. Experimental planes are fun to see. The p51 pilot was Monday. He shot down a 262. Both pilots became friends years later.
Go for plane ride?
Suppose to be hot later this week. Maybe not as hot in Oshkosh by the lake?
You'll be doing a lot of walking
Should be some type airshow going.
Look at schedule
Been quite a few years since I been there. The Tuskegee airman where there and some did some talking. I missed some of it, Then could got signatures, but I didn't want to wait in line. It was hot and so much to see. A long drive back home yet that day.
51 pilot was Monday
Been fun to listen to.
have fun
