Title: LVT stuck near port

LVTs launched near a port get stuck.  Seems like they are below the surface of the water.  Can't move and see a blank area instead of the water surface.  Depends on the position of the CV relative to the port.

Montis2 at P65.  72Dodge says it happened to him before, but I don't know what map.

I have had it happen to me a few times, when trying the feet dry spawn at a port. I'll check it out.

Checked it off line, did have a couple of times I had a flash of white then it disappeared, with the lvt floating in the water. Never did get stuck under ground. Hitechs feet dry spawn fix should take care of it (I hope).

There is an angle from the map room to the CV where this always happens at any port.
