Title: Oceania A97 bridges can't be crossed

Vehicles drive under the approach and hit the water.  Guessing the Z axis values for the bridge objects are set wrong.

IIRC that can be fixed with the oba file, if we know what bridges are causing the problem. Of course Hitech would have to do that.

The two north of A97 were the ones we found tonight.....11/20
