MCFS2 has it too, however, it really chokes the FR...I can't imagine what it would do in an online sim...
I would LOVE to hear thunder as one of those storm fronts approach!

IL2 does look great. But unfortunately the minimum specs are currently a PIII 600. I would guess that at least half of the AH players are still using PII's.
Think what HTC could do if they required everyone to have a PIII 600. (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/smile.gif)

S!
I have to add here, that those screenshots of IL-2 are taken on a 400MHz Celeron with GF2 and 256Mb of RAM.Oleg has stated that he always test new code etc. on his 400MHz to see if it works OK or it needs to be optimized.Comparing CFS 2 and IL-2 is not valid, since they are done with totally different graphics engines etc. Also another note from Oleg is that amount of RAM and 3D accelerator play bigger role than just a zillion MHz machine.More info from Oleg can be found at BlueByte's IL-2 forum www.bluebyte.net (http://www.bluebyte.net)
