I've been having a little fun. Closest runway is 52 minutes away (sigh).

Aircraft Details
Fiberglass and foam, wings sheeted, glassed, and ironed with monokote. K&B Epoxy Kote on the fiberglass for monokote color matching.
The radio is a Galaxy 8 PCM. The engine is a .77 custom job by Violett with an Hatori pipe setup. Spring Air retracts. It screams.
It's still not a fast aircraft. Byron makes a poor jet for speed, but it sure looks nice in the air and only took two weeks to assemble (gave the paint a month to 'get used to the plane').

Thanks for the replies, guys.
There are two on the drawing board right now. One is a Violett version of the Falcon. The other is another Byron job that will be modified for wet wings with carbon fiber reinforcements and a true internal duct. There will be a chip controlled fuel balancing system, too. It still won't be real scale.
