hey i was wondering how i could make screen shots from AH look real with photoshop? like the ones from the 56th FG webpage.

The easiest way is to use the Aged Film Demo (http://www.digieffects.com/frames/AgedFilmDemoInstaller.zip) plug-in.

Or you can convert to grayscale and use combinations of the standard PS filters for a similar effect.
