Title: Gainward GeForce3 Ti 200 - upgrade results
Post by: Kratzer on January 14, 2002, 01:50:48 PM
Alright, so I went from an Elsa 32MB GeForce2 MX to the Gainward GeForce3 Ti 200, here's the results:

System spec:
PIII 800Mhz
256MB PC133 SDRAM
40GB Maxtor D740X, <8ms HDD

With the GF2 MX, my best 3dmark score was 2146 at 1024x768, 32bit.

With the new GF3 Ti 200, my 3dmark score is 4753 straight out of the box - 220% of my previous!

At 1600x1200, 32bit, I went to a bombed out, smoking base, and my framerate was in the high 50s.

Whoo hoo!

210Mhz GPU core, 450Mhz memory, so yeah, just a little... I'll play more later, see how fast I can get it rolling.
