Title: Sound Card Problem
Post by: SpinDoc1 on January 15, 2002, 05:24:12 PM
Sometimes in the middle of playing, my sound will start breaking up and making lots of scratching/crackling noises. It only happens with Aces High, is verey random, and I have no other programs running? Is this a software or device driver problem?

Thanks,

SpinDoc

First check what IRQ it is on (ie is it sharing IRQs).

Second, what sound card and operating system?

IRQ means interrupt request, this is a signal issued from another card to the cpu asking for processor time.:)
