Title: How can I display framerate in these games?

Anyone know how to display framerate in:

Operation Flashpoint
Ghost Recon
Max Payne

Help on any or all is appreciated... trying to find the optimal settings, and after a while I don't know if I'm psyching myself out thinking that one setting or the other is any smoother.
