This is basically how I do it:
Dive in at 60 degrees down angle from 8-10k above target. In the dive, wings should be level with horizon--no bank. Your flight path should be straight at the target--don't try to correct by yawing. The pipper should be just above the target by a few degrees. Release bomb before pulling out of the dive.
Practice offline with ack lethality turned way down.

For accurate dive bombing you want to minimize the variables of dive angle, speed, trim, sight picture and bomb release height. Cut power and use dive brakes if available to avoid overspeed, trim for the power off condition, use a steep angle of 60+ degrees and drop high enough so you don't blow yourself up.
Consistency is the key so you want to hit the entry point for the bomb run at the same speed and height each time if possible as well as using a consistent dive angle. If you auto trim for angle in a power off dive you'll learn what the trim settings are and you can set them manually prior to roll in.
If you're compressing with power off try reducing the entry speed or dive angle if it's over 60 degrees. Keep in mind that the dive angle and release height affect how much you can miss by.
Once you've developed a consistent bomb run you'll get a feel for the adjustments you need to make when circumstances force you to be faster, shallower, lower, etc.
