Title: Palestinian methods?
Post by: Tumor on January 18, 2002, 10:18:05 PM: Are Palestinians extremists morons because of genetics or is it a learned characteristic?

Is there ANYONE in the world that would look favorably on killing a bunch of 12year old girls? Really...ANYONE? Can ANYONE not see how much the bad reaction would outwiegh the idea that it might further thier cause?

Imagine if ten thousand unarmed peaceful Palestenians decided to "challenge" an Israeli roadbock..... Well the Israelis would shoot them but the world reaction awould be very negative.

The only reason reason Palesteninas dont have state now is due to their method, no country is vulnerable to peaceful resistance as Israel.

My advice to them is to drop the violence and resist non violently, they cant beat Israel with conventianal weapond or unconventional agrressive tactics.

Post by: SirLoin on January 19, 2002, 03:39:43 PM: Grun,you hit the nail on the head.But sadly I think it's too late for them.They are doomed to history as an example of how NOT to protest.I had a lot of sympathy for them not too long ago but now I have none for they have blindly followed their poor leadership who has no controll over their protesting actions.A movement from the Palastinian people themselves to show the world they want peace and a diplomatic solution is they only hope they have.And this will require a new leadership willing to put the fanatics in thier place.

Post by: capt. apathy on January 19, 2002, 05:47:06 PM: i can understand the andger, frustration,(whatever) the palistinians are feeling. i'd hate to think what i'd be capable of if someone where to evict me from my home to move another nation in, and i've tried to keep this in mind when forming opinions about whats going on over there. but the more i see of their choice of targets the more trouble i have getting this one thought out of my head-

Make them swear allegience to Isreal or boot them out. I'm sure there Muslim brothers in Jordan, Iraq and Syria will welcome them with open arms.
