Hmmm.My internet connection seems fine except certain sites won't work(ICQ,Kazaa...AH).Did I bugger up my system by deleting something from my desktop?I was clearing icons to make my Luftwaffe wallpaper look uncluttered. What I have left is Recycle bin,Outlook Express,My computer,My Documents,Network Neighborhood and Internet Explorer...Am I missing something that's blocking my access to AH?Also, now I get the Network Password box when I reboot.Any help much appreciated.

I get timed out on connection attempt(same with alternate route).Did I somehow activate a firewall?..Also I deleted My Briefcase from desktop(never used it)..Would this bugger my system up?(Or is it my newly installed Luftwaffe desktop theme?)..:(

First activate your Devise Manager and see
if you have any yellow question marks in
front of a folder or sub folder.

Device Manager is ok.I checked all folder/sub folders and all is fine with no question marks.Still time out even on alternate routes.Been 24 hours now I know it has to be a problem on my end.Just wish I knew what else to check..

Also strange is my ICQ won't connect either. All other web connections are fine(except of course AH).Arrg!..AH withdrawl shakes starting to set in..:)

When all else fail, reinstall :) I always hate that, but it works more often than not. If you think it was a certain program you removed that might have caused a problem. Reinstall the program and remove it in control panel with the add/remove programs. Just some basic stuff but often that's where it is. LP

I am now able to log into AH arenas.Problem seemed to fix itself.Weird that I was able to surf the web but not allowed a connect to AH arenas.Had to be my server so after 3 years with @home and putting up with their toejamty tech support,I've ordered DSL.Hope it's less frustrating than my cable experience....Now,off to hunt down SOB...:)..:D
