Anyone out there using Game Commander 2 and AH voice?
Let me know how ya got it working.

I use GameCommander 2 but have been unable to get it to work with AH voice. When you use RW you have to select "GC wave in" as your recording device in order to get it to work with RW. I asked Hitech once when he was online and he stated that they would not be making such adjustments in order to get GameCommander to work with AH voice. Disappointing because I like using GameCommander in this game.

Yes, I changed the GC to use the sound card, in my case PCI512 Wave In(DF80), as the recording device. It will not let AH voice use the recorder. The only way I could get GC and AH voice to work was to disable the mike in GC then I could transmit on AH voice. The way to do it is with ALT-L, this disables the mike in GC.
This just isn't possible to do as one would have to ALT-TAB, disable the GC mike, transmit on AH voice, enable GC mike, then ALT-TAB back to the sim.
What I can't figure out is why RW will let GC work but AH voice won't. Somehow AH voice won't come to the forground when the transmit key is pushed and held. GC holds the forground position. If there was some kind of code that would make AH voice the primary program behind AH when the transmit key is pushed then move to the background when it is released.
I really like GC as it allows fast moves to the buff guns with voice commands!! I like it for the basic commands too such as all the auto pilot commands, gear, engine start and stop, exit to tower, etc.
I hope HT will take another look at this problem as I think it should be an easy fix. Course I know nothing about programming:(
I have also posted in the Game Commander forum as well as in the AH voice Beta thread.
