Met him today in Houston at a gun show.  Got a signed picture, signed limited edition p40 and a nice talk.  What a nice day today was.

That man was one of my first heros.  I used to be a huge Flying Tiger fan,  before I learned about the BoB!!  :)

I have heard he is one hellva character!!

He has always been one of my heroes as well.
I remember when I was like 10 years old, and somehow I got ahold of a history of the AVG.  His name kept cropping up again and again throughout the story.  What an awesome fighter pilot.
