Do you have a general idea when this year's Con will be?

Heard it was at Bush's ranch, just about Labor day. (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/wink.gif)

Even if the con is in Texas again, I'm planning on going out there for it. (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/biggrin.gif)
Though something in say... New York or even CT would be a hell of a lot nicer for us MA people.

Hitech should host a con in a different state each year. You know some of us are afraid to fly unless were at the yolk. lol (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/smile.gif)

He hee, just look where Kansas City is located on the map (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/biggrin.gif)

We haven't chosen dates yet, but we do know it will be here in the great state of Texas at a location near our office.

Guys, if you saw the equipment, time and effort they must put into these cons, including their personal time, you would change your mind on coming to Texas...I used to think they should have it in a different location every year as well, til I went to my first con, let me tell you, I now understand why they have it in their backyard!

Hey Rip,
Do you (or anyone else that played in the last Con) have pics and such on display? I'd be curious how many played...how many PCs, hubs, racks, etc went into it all.
Several fellow BD-5 builders are in Texas so it would be a great trip for me, plus I have a standing offer to spend time in the shuttle simulator down there too (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/smile.gif)
Thanks!

Man they barely slept when it was in their back yard. Moving it AND doing the excellent job they did last year seems like a hell of alot to ask.
Plus I never put a dent in Texas last year..
If they changed one thing for next year I think it should be...
Me not having a cracked rib..
The laughing just about killed me.

My wife says I've been a good boy this year, so I get to go out of state. Look forward to meeting HTC crew and my fellow addicts (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/smile.gif)
