Title: LVT bug

Tried to launch lvt from c54 @28 and lvt was moving at spawn point sideways, wouldn't move or shift gears, had to alt f4 to get out of it

Sorry guys.  In my haste to reset the arena, I forgot to reset the wind to zero.  At 10 knots, the LVT's don't do so well.  I took care of it about an hour ago.
