Hate to steal your post brady, just wanted to see if you guys coud figure this one out.  

Hint it is sitting on the shelf in my lab.

I will add more picks if you need more hints and a final full view if you can figure it out.

The markings on the dials are 10 based so I believe it's using metrics.  Gunsite for an Axis plane?

My lab is in an old observatory, the jesuits used to use these for spare parts when repairing telescopes.
