Title: TOD Probs

Anyone out there having problems with Euro TOD?
I have been discoed two nights and last night my PC froze about 1 hour in, looping sound. Complete reboot no ctr alt del for this one. Out of TOD of course, completely infuriating. Never get any problems in MA or any other time on AH.:confused:

When I was over France the second time, my screen was shuttering.  First time over I was fighting and things were smooth. Seemed like I was at a very low FPS, but my FPS marker shower 74. Once back near the coast of France and the Channel it stopped.  Kinda weird.

Any hints, anybody??

Well my frame rates are normally below 15 and when another plane appears I just "blink" for a long time and everthing is normal. ;)

No problems with discos here fogold that I don't have anywhere else. This is only in the SEA for you?

Yeah it seems to be just SEA. Discoes happen I know, but last night was a right hard freeze which makes me think hardware. One thing I should check is power management, cos with tods there are long periods with not much happening. Still, Power Management shouldnt kick in when theres RW traffic and text messages going on. Iceydee mentioned a hacker trick which can freeze PC's, but i don't know about that.

All I know is I never get problems in MA or other arenas.

Ever since 1.08 I've been getting stutters online all over, but especially the MA.  I've had to drop down to 16-bit color to reduce the stuttering to an acceptable level.
 No clue.
Oh yeah, and now my USB devices will occasionally fail in AH, followed by a hard crash.

I had a disco on Friday night (2/1) but the result was the same. I was going to be dead very soon anyhow at that point. It was the first disco I have had in TOD but they are not uncommon since the server expansion and V1.08. :(
