Well, I "think" dinnea is what fat drunk guyz in the U.K. say when they are about to flatten someones nose because they don't understand the given situation...gotta luv them guyz!!

Maverick - I'm sure it could be used in an expression such as "I dinnae ken what the fuss is, laddie" (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/wink.gif) Which would make it mean something along the lines of "I do not understand..."
