since last update i have not been able to play game due to very bad frame rate. I never had problem with dx8 before. any help on this would be great thanks as i am paying for somthing i cant not use.:mad:

Try updating to DirectX 8.1 and make sure you're drivers are current as well.  Probably would be more helpful if you'd also give your system specs.

that it would 600mhz Adm Athlon 128mg gforce3 64 meg same set up as i had before just with no probs before

if your motherboard has a VIA chipset, try downloading and installing the latest VIA 4-1 drivers.  that usually solves most Geforce related problems on AMD systems.  You may also want to try using a Geforce tweak program like NVmax (http://www.nvmax.com) or  RivaTuner (http://www.guru3d.com/rivatuner/) and tweak some settings to see if it gives better performance.  If you haven't already, update to the latest Detonator driver and directX, you might even want to try some of the Nvidia leaked beta drivers.  I'm using the 27.30 drivers and am getting better frame rates than I did with the official 23.11 drivers.  Another good resource is the Geforce FAQ, it would be a good idea to look for it and get it.

If you want some help, you will have to provide much more information.  I see your CPU and Video mentioned, but what resolution and color depth are you using?  What version of the Detonator drivers?  What mainboard?  What OS?

Also, what do you mean by "un-playable"?  What sort of framerate are you getting?

I have the same Problems. I have the newest detonator, DX 8.1
the via 4 in 1 thing and the newest mainboard Bios. I cant play it.
So, where can I download these leaked beta drivers?

ps: I can play it with detonator 6.31, but in other games this driver is slow as hell.

Another thing to check is soundcard drivers! I've read that some ppl  got considerable increase in fps after upgraded or downgraded drivers. Worth to try.

DO NOT use beta Detonator drivers, trust me.  Pick one of the WHQL certified versions.

Click on Video Card Drivers and then nVidia Detonator Drivers.

Try the 21.83 WHQLs or the 21.81's seem to work very well also.

Oh, and if you have a 64 meg card, try setting your AGP apeture in BIOS to 128.
