Alright, someone please help me out here. Everytime I try to start my program, I get two seperate error messages. The first reads:
C:\program files\htc\aces high\aceshigh.exe
A device attached to the system is not functioning.
The second on reads:
The Aceshigh.Exe file is liked to missing export
DSOUND.DLL:11.
So can anyone please tell me what the problem is and why this wont work for me???????? Tried tech support two days ago but still havent gotten a response from them.
All help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Make sure that you've upgraded to DirectX 8.1 (http://www.microsoft.com/directx) and that your sound card is updated with the most recent drivers for it and is also DirectX compliant.

That's a directsound.dll I believe.
Do what AKAK stated with Dirext X 8.1.
Then go to your soundcard manufacturer, and download the latest driver for the soundcard.
If it's onboard sound, your motherboard manufacturer should have a driver for it on their website.Install it.
These two steps SHOULD fix your problem.

Oops AKAK...sorry,didn't see your Soundcard driver comment, lol.
