Title: Game wont start

posted in the help section also,
  Everytime I try to start the program I receive two seperate error messages.  
  One saying:  A device attached to the system is not functioning.

  Another saying: The Aceshigh.exe file is linked to missing export DSOUND.DLL:11.
  What is happening here???  I need help!!!!!

Install DirectX 8.1 and make sure sound card has the most recent DirectX compliant drivers.
