How do I free my mouse to work on the second monitor without Alt-Tabbing?

OH,MY, I didn't want to hear that!!  Sadly, we need the ability to move in and out of the game without alt-tab.  We need the ability to move the clipboard and readio buffer off the main monitor!!

The technology is there to do these things.  So why not add these features to the game?  It would be nice to be able to read the clipboard with all the features enabled instead of only using one feature at a time.
