Neblewerfer means "fog thrower" and it was common name for german rocket launchers from 150mm to 320mm. In one of the rockets reads 28cm so guess this is 280mm schweres Wurfgerät 40 or 41 ?
Anyway guy looks like happy little camper.

hmm i'm still wondering why is that guy smiling (looks like he is smiling). Personally I would be pissed if I have to carry a rocket like that around  :confused:
