A8, at 10k in a hellcat. At 11 o'clock a co-alt 190, 2000 out and heading away at a 90. At 2 o'clock is a 205, slightly higher and coming towards me. A rapid threat assessment, yep, the 205.

Not!!! Wotan in the 190 turned back just past 2000 yards. Cleans my clock as I'm in a shallow climb for the 205. I had no clue he was there, lol. Talk about SA failure, sheesh!

Good job Wotan. It looked good on film too.

That part was all well and good but then he tried to kill poor ol harmless lazs's -1a...

yup I got a ping on lazs he reversed on me after i over shot got my radiator I thought i had him and followed him a bit but eng quit.

Ole' lazs finished me off :)

I got lucky apache I saw a 38 ib hi he dove on the vh I figured he would auger so I turned back east when I saw you gettin lined up.......  dumb luck I guess :)
