I think it was Wilbus that asked me to get him my 190 stuff. This is the majority of it that was easily posted. Its not all I have, but its alot of it thats in electronic format and that I can actually find ;)

The filenames are OK, but you'd have to write %23 for the # symbol in the URL :-) Your file was actually properly accessible, but not via the link you provided.
(Knowing about %23 could be handy in case you find some interesting information posted by someone else, so that you can't change the filename.)
