Title: not getting password in email

I am not getting a AH password in email.  I emailed billing this AM and not heard back.

Have you tried to go to the log in screen and just select "send password"?

that would be much quicker if you already have an account. (just make sure you fill in the User ID)

Yes i did thta several times, I think it just didnt like hotmail  so I did it all over again with another email and that worked.
