who is it supposed to help?  In the air I can see vehicals spawn.  

try launching a gv and you can't see squat til ya come out from underneath it

Whatever it is, it's pretty darn strong.  I "crashed" a Panzer by turning too soon and hitting the net.  Bet the Pentagon would love to get some of that stuff.   :)
